Medical Assistant I/II/III (MA I/II/III)- Orthopedics

The Medical Assistant I/II/III position at the Orthopedics Department in the Main Campus at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic provides patient care under the supervision of a physician or nurse. The role involves supportive patient care, administering injectables, and performing high-level skills. Current employees will be grandfathered based on prior experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Medical Assistant Certification/Registration as a Medical Assistant
• BLS certification (Ameri Heart Association)
• Knowledge of Medical/Nursing terminology
• Computer proficiency
• Basic Medical/Nursing terminology
• Understanding of Epicanic and other patient populations
