Nurse Navigator - Oncology -Nutritional Services

The Oncology Nurse Navigator will act as a central point of contact for oncology patients, caregivers, and referring physicians, facilitating access to clinical and supportive services. This role involves scheduling appointments, providing support, and offering educational/emotional support. The position is for a full-time role within the Nutritional Services department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or nursing program with an associate degree.
• 2+ years clinical RN experience.
• 2+ years oncology experience.
• Current RN license or valid permit to practice professional nursing in Texas.
• BLS through American Heart Association or current ONC certification.
