Sr. Healthcare Quality Specialist RN

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic is seeking a Sr. Healthcare Quality Specialist RN to evaluate and improve quality of care and patient safety. The role combines clinical expertise with quality improvement methodologies, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and achieving optimal patient outcomes. This position may be in an ambulatory surgery center environment.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in nursing (ADN) or Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN)
• 5 years of clinical nursing experience in inpatient or ambulatory settings
• Licensed RN in Texas
• Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• N/A - other (Ambulatory Surgery Center)
