The ideal candidate will be well-versed in plumbing, electrical systems, general construction, and handyman work, with preferred experience in laminate countertop installation or repair.

Requirements

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, electrical systems, general construction elements, and perform handyman tasks
• Handle laminate countertop repairs or installations as needed
• Identify and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical, and structural components, ensuring efficient and lasting repairs
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently and to prevent unexpected failures
• Communicate effectively with clients, explain repair procedures, and provide solutions to minimize downtime
• Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards during all repairs and maintenance tasks
