Plant Technician (Overnight)

Kemp Quarries is a leading producer of construction aggregates, primarily crushed stone, sand and gravel. We are seeking a Plant Technician (Overnight) to maintain crushing equipment, operate and maintain company vehicles, and repair factory equipment and other industrial machinery.

Requirements

• Adhere to and follow all safety rules and regulations of MSHA / DOT and company
• Maintain crushing equipment
• Operate and maintain company vehicles
• Repair factory equipment and other industrial machinery
• Maintains safe and clean working environment
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service
• Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, welding, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties
• Other duties as assigned
