Sales Manager, Life Insurance

Kemper is seeking a Sales Manager to work with agents within their assigned territory, recruiting, training, and supervising agents to achieve results through consistent recruiting, training, and supervising activities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales management or equivalent experience
• Fully licensed in Life, Health, Property, and Casualty required
• Ability to work in-office and in the field, with 50-100% of time spent in the field to recruit, train/develop, and support agents
