Job Description
Kemper is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to report directly to the Director of FP&A. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating financial models, reports, and presentations to support internal planning and budgeting, as well as external reporting. They will also serve as the primary FP&A contact for Adaptive Planning support, issue resolution, and expense allocation process.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in a finance role with analysis experience or equivalent combination of experience
- Workday Adaptive planning experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a quantitative discipline
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
