Tenneco is seeking a dynamic and analytically driven Senior Manager, FP&A to join its IceCo Americas finance team. The ideal candidate will excel in financial analysis, process simplification, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, private-equity-backed environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or relevant certification is a plus)
- 5 years of experience in FP&A, with strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with tools like Power BI or similar analytics platforms
- Proven ability to simplify and streamline financial processes, reducing inefficiencies and enhancing reporting accuracy
- Strong adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, private-equity-owned environment, with the ability to pivot as business needs evolve
