Senior Manager, M&A

Tenneco is a leading manufacturer and distributor of automotive products. We're seeking a Senior Manager, M&A to support and execute mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and IPO-related transactions. The successful candidate will work alongside a team of relentless problem-solvers to break boundaries, deliver results, and enjoy the ride.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 6–10+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or strategy consulting
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail
• High integrity, discretion, and ownership mindset
• Clear, structured communicator able to synthesize complex information
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategic concepts in a clear and persuasive manner
• Proven ability to manage and appropriately prioritize multiple projects and initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Willingness for periodic travel both domestic and internationally, as required
