Job Description
We are looking for a talented Service Advisor (Service Writer) to join our team at Greeley Ford. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for greeting customers, determining their primary concern, and reviewing additional maintenance needs. You will also be responsible for communicating with customers, handling complaints, and establishing great customer relationships.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or retail sales
- Previous automotive service department or dealership experience highly desired
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards
