Job Description
We are looking for an Express Service Advisor to join our team at Kendall Ford of Eugene. The ideal candidate has high level customer service experience, strong work ethics, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include interfacing with customers, technicians, and salespersons, verifying work was properly performed and diagnosed, and scheduling service appointments.
Requirements
- Experience in service writing
- Dealership experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Good driving record
