Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex personal injury claims, with the ability to handle a variety of cases from inception through to settlement or trial.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in personal injury law.
- A strong understanding of personal injury procedures, litigation, and case law.
- Proven experience handling a full caseload of multi-track and/or fast-track cases.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Proficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
