A Litigation Solicitor represents clients in civil and commercial disputes, providing expert legal advice and managing all aspects of litigation.
Requirements
- Law degree (LLB or equivalent) and completion of Legal Practice Course (LPC)
- Previous experience in litigation
- Admission to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) or relevant legal body
