Job Description
We are in need of a pre-litigation fee earner to progress high-volume caseloads of Fast Track Personal Injury RTA Portal claims following the MOJ process, providing clients with timely and pertinent legal advice, and to identify cases where proceedings would be beneficial to litigate.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- A good understanding of the MOJ process
- Experience in dealing with Credit Hire Companies
- Knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
- Proven IT skills and ability to adapt new technology
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to provide a high level of client care
