Scottish Law Fee Earner

We are seeking a Scottish Law Fee Earner to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in managing Personal Injury cases, specifically RTA litigation, and will be responsible for coaching and guiding junior staff. The role will also involve dealing with liability, quantum, and costs, as well as technical points of insurance law.

Requirements

• Experience in Scottish Law, dual qualified
• In-depth knowledge of the RTA Process
• Proven track record in RTA litigation
• Ability to coach and guide junior staff
• Experience in dealing with liability, quantum, and costs
• Knowledge of the Part 36 procedure and relevant protocols
• Experience in dealing with technical points of insurance law, such as MIB work, the European Regulations, and Article 75 issues
