Job Description
Kennedy Jenks is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to join their Civil Group, guiding the delivery of complex infrastructure projects and supporting team growth and success.
Requirements
- Lead civil design for infrastructure projects, including site layout, grading and drainage, yard piping/pipelines, access, and stormwater compliance
- Provide technical leadership and resolve complex engineering challenges; contribute to standards and best practices
- Collaborate with internal disciplines, subconsultants, utilities, and clients to deliver cohesive, high-quality designs
- Partner with project managers to ensure work is delivered on scope, schedule, and budget
- Support business unit goals by collaborating with operations, technical, and sales leadership
- Mentor and develop staff, contributing to team growth and strategic recruiting efforts
