Kennedy Jenks is seeking a Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer to join our growing Water and Wastewater Infrastructure team in Washington. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who wants to provide technical leadership across water and wastewater projects.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant water/wastewater engineering experience
- BS or MS in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering degree
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required in Washington or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Broad experience across water and wastewater systems, including process, pump stations, lift stations, pipelines, and treatment facilities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical judgment skills
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior engineers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in teams
- Willingness to travel within Washington for project sites, client meetings, and coordination with other Kennedy Jenks offices
