As a Luxury Expedition Cruise Expert, you will act as a trusted advisor to discerning travelers seeking once-in-a-lifetime journeys to the world’s most remote and awe-inspiring destinations.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience selling cruise travel using a consultative, relationship-based approach
- Direct experience with luxury or expedition cruises and/or complex Land & Sea itineraries strongly preferred
- Proven success meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets in a high-touch environment
- Demonstrated ability to design and sell pre- and post-cruise land extensions and multi-destination journeys
- Strong understanding of logistics, inclusions, and sequencing across land and sea components
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple active itineraries
- Experience building customized FIT travel for luxury clientele is a strong asset
- Comfortable learning and navigating CRMs, booking platforms, and supplier systems
- Strong independent problem-solving skills with a calm, client-first approach
- Knowledge of expedition cruising in polar, remote, European, or North American regions preferred
