Job Description
The Birthday Party Instructor is responsible for leading birthday parties and special events in a safe and fun environment, raising participant self-esteem and encouraging participation. The role involves ensuring safety, communicating effectively with club directors, and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the facility. The instructor should also contribute to lesson planning and support customer policies.
Requirements
- Available to work in-person on weekends with access to a phone.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, outgoing personality, able to relate to different people.
- Ability to speak loudly and clearly in front of groups.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to deal with guests and staff politely.
