Job Description
The Maintenance Specialist is responsible for maintaining the building and equipment, performing repairs, and ensuring safe and efficient operations. This role requires basic skills in mechanical, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, or heating/cooling, and a commitment to cleanliness and organization. Requires a proactive and flexible work ethic.
