Job Description
CNC Field Service Technician with 3+ years of experience in machine tool field service required. Advanced machine tool knowledge, troubleshooting, and repair skills necessary. Full-time position with competitive wages and excellent benefits.
Requirements
- Dismantle and prepare machines for shipment
- Level and alignment of machines
- Troubleshoot and repair major machine tool problems
- Disassemble, repair, and rebuild machine tool sub-assemblies and assemblies
- Identify, repair, or replace damaged components
- Train other employees for advancement
- Train customers on the operation of CNC control systems
- Communicate with customers, vendors, OEM, and KRC personnel
- Work with minimal supervision
