Third Shift Industrial Machine Mechanic - Level II

The Industrial Machine Mechanic II is a journey-level mechanic responsible for performing complex CNC mechanical repairs and rebuild tasks with limited supervision. The ideal candidate brings extensive hands-on experience with CNC machine tools and troubleshooting capabilities.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of advanced CNC or industrial machine tool mechanical experience
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical systems, machine components, and precision assemblies
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause problem-solving skills
• Understanding of CNC controls across multiple manufacturers
• Proven ability to independently manage complex rebuilds and installations
• Experience working with precision measurement and test equipment
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in high-responsibility environments
• Frequent travel to customer facilities with limited notice
