Job Description
We are seeking a Fixed Route Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Commercial Driver's License with a Passenger Endorsement, 3 years of driving experience, and excellent communication and decision-making skills.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Verifiable CDL with a Passenger Endorsement
- 5 years of driving experience preferred; 3 years required
- Strong knowledge of the service area (Multi County area including DC)
- Professionally groomed and uniformed at all times
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must have a clean verifiable driver record (no more than 2 moving violations within the past 3 years)
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and DOT physical
- Customer Service Experience is required
- High degree of comfort working with people with disabilities
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and decision making skills
- Must be able and willing to work Monday - Sunday - split shift schedules
