Manager - Payroll

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for the overall supervision of all processes for US transit services payroll, including preparation, computation, and processing of accurate payroll and personnel records, as well as payment of salaries and wages in compliance with company and state regulations.

Requirements

• Experience with Union payrolls highly preferred
• Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of payroll experience, with a strong focus on compliance and process improvement.
• Proven experience managing payroll operations across multiple states.
• Experience processing payroll in all 50 U.S. states and US territories preferred.
• Familiarity with payroll systems and reporting tools, UKG and Work Force Management (WFM) strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to all company locations as needed.
