We are seeking a Business Development Operations Lead to support the growth of our International Division. The role combines operational execution, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent
- 7-12 years of experience in BD operations, CRM, or marketing operations
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a data-driven mindset
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics), reporting tools, and AI-enabled solutions
- Fluent English required; French and additional languages are a plus
