Gestionnaire de paie en CDD F/H

Payroll Manager in a fixed-term contract to replace maternity leave until January 2027. Manage payroll, payments, absenteeism, and declarations. Ideal candidate has experience with Office tools and SAGE PAYROLL software.

Requirements

• Ensure realization and control of payroll from variable elements transmitted by subsidiaries
• Calculate and control payroll components (annual bonuses, participation, interest...)
• Manage payments and control them
• Manage absenteeism: entry of leave, calculation of IJSS and salary supplements, follow-up of illness...
• Establish periodic declarations related to payroll (monthly and event-based DSN)
• Establish and control STC and annex documents within the prescribed deadlines
