Job Description
Human Resources Manager for Bids is responsible for managing the social aspect of bids in which the Branch wishes to participate, including analyzing social data, developing HR strategy, and building the HR aspect of the offer.
Requirements
- Holder of a Master's degree in Human Resources / Social Law
- More than 5 years of experience as an HR Manager
- Experience in the passenger transport sector
- Good knowledge of practices in the area
- Proposal force in the implementation of new projects
- True HR policy relay with operations personnel
- Knowledge of social legislation and computer tools
- Rigorous, comfortable with numbers and large volumes of data, versatile in HR, autonomous, reactive, and curious
