Kepler is a company that executes engineered marketing, acting as a client's agency of record, in-house team, or hybrid. They are looking for a Strategy & Activation Manager to manage and guide a team that leverages data-driven insights, innovative best practices, and creativity to design, launch, and optimize retail media campaigns across the Amazon Ads Ecosystem.
Requirements
- Act as the subject matter expert and escalation point for retail media within the ecommerce team for senior client contacts
- Manage 3–5 Strategy & Activation Analysts & Senior Analysts
- Lead campaign strategy and execution across Amazon Sponsored Ads and Amazon DSP
- Utilize and oversee activation in Criteo (required) for campaigns across supported retailers
- Provide input and guidance around campaign design, testing frameworks, and innovation opportunities
- Collaborate with the Data Strategy team to support reporting, deep-dive analyses, and actionable insights
- Partner with the broader team to understand client goals, translate them into platform strategies, and communicate powerful insights
- Codify and share best practices, retail media POVs, and optimization frameworks across teams
