Diseñador(a) UX

We are a technology company looking for a UX Designer with over 3-5 years of experience to lead user-centered design processes for the creation and improvement of products, services, and experiences.

Requirements

• Over 3-5 years of experience in UX design, service design, or user experience
• Experience in user research, interviews, focus groups, shadowing, usability testing, and analysis of findings
• Proficiency in tools and artifacts like User Journey, Experience Map, Blueprint, Storyboarding, Wireframes, Prototypes, Problem Statement, Ecosystem Map, Personas, JTBD, Empathy Maps, and Flowcharts
• Knowledge of information architecture, design systems, branding, and interaction documentation
