Job Description
Kertos is seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to shape AI experiences for compliance automation, build AI-powered features, and integrate LLMs into real product use cases. The role involves working in a cross-functional squad, shipping improvements weekly, and influencing how applied AI is used in modern compliance across Europe.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Software Engineer (backend or fullstack)
- Strong experience with Python
- Experience building production-grade systems and APIs
- Interest in AI and applied LLM use cases (hands-on experience is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and a passion for building impactful products
- Comfortable working in environments with evolving requirements and imperfect information
