Job Description
Keshet is seeking caring and energetic individuals to support adults with disabilities in their Residential Program. The Direct Support Professional will deliver direct services that respect the person's needs and enhance their independence and dignity.
Requirements
- Support adults to achieve their individualized Personal Plan
- Teach new daily living skills and help maintain current skills
- Assist with personal care needs
- Drive daily carpool and to and from field trips and community outings
- Contribute to a stable environment that promotes respect and dignity
- Participate in tracking progress towards Personal Plan outcomes
- Apply interventions in emergency and/or crisis situations
- Communicate with co-workers and work as a team
- Be reliable and punctual in reporting for scheduled work
