Job Description
Client Service Representative/Paraplanner position available at Park Place Financial, an independent financial planning firm in Bellaire, Texas. The successful candidate will maintain relationships with clients, process transactions, and assist with administrative duties.
Requirements
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients
- Process new account paperwork
- Process distributions, Roth conversions, and other transactions
- Respond to client inquiries
- Scheduling meetings with clients
- Assist clients with website access, password resets, etc.
- Prepare for and follow up on client meetings
- Responsible for meeting compliance requirements
- Assist with administrative and marketing duties
- Potential to become a financial advisor
