Join the dynamic team at Kestra Financial and empower advisor success. As a core member of the Advisor Engagement team, this individual partners with Engagement Consultants to deliver impactful meetings, drive adoption of Kestra platforms, and elevate Advisor satisfaction.

Requirements

• Provide operational and strategic support to Engagement Consultants
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all non-covered firms and Advisors
• Manage the Business Consulting inbox and triage all inbound inquiries
• Coordinate across departments to follow through on advisor requests and escalations
• Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and analyses
• Support advisor outreach efforts, including calling campaigns and event participation
• Conduct due diligence and manage third-party business services used by independent Advisors
• Develop and manage project plans for key programs
