Business Consultant at Kestra Financial, responsible for empowering advisor success by helping advisors and firms in five business-critical areas: Strategy, Growth and Marketing, Financial Management, Human Capital, and Operational Efficiency.

Requirements

• Analyzing and advising firms on all aspects of business/practice management
• Conducting client meetings and developing content to drive organic growth, scale, and profitability
• Managing various third-party relationships, adoption of Kestra platforms and services, and providing succession planning and M&A support
• Providing excellent follow-up and efficient problem resolution, and escalating issues to relevant departments
• Sharing feedback and industry ideas with the Kestra Executive Committee and departments
• Maintaining the Kestra culture, minimizing attrition, and delivering results
