Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in client service within financial services, banking, or operations
- Strong judgment and discretion in navigating complex client needs
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering value
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport in a fast-paced, professional environment
- SIE and Series 7 required (or obtained within 6 months of employment)
