The primary responsibility of this position is to transform raw institutional data from various campus systems into actionable reports and interactive dashboards, supporting federal and state compliance reporting, and providing data-driven insights to advance student success and institutional outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, data analytics, data science, or a social science field with a strong quantitative emphasis.
- Minimum of three years of experience in data analysis, preferably in higher education.
- Experience in preparing various accreditation reports
- Demonstrated experience using SQL for data retrieval and PowerBI for data visualization
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint
- Strong working knowledge of student information systems, preferably Ellucian Colleague, and secondary information systems with reporting capabilities (i.e., Slate)
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
- Always understand and behave with a high level of integrity and complete confidentiality.
