Student Tutor

The Student Tutor provides individual and group academic support to students, aiming to foster student success through peer-to-peer learning. This role involves providing tutoring in approved subjects, helping students develop skills like analytical and critical thinking, and managing tutoring sessions effectively. Keuka College’s Academic Success Center collaborates to achieve this goal.

Requirements

• Must be a Keuka College student enrolled in the traditional on-campus undergraduate program.
• Maintain a clear conduct record.
• Faculty referral required for each course tutored.
• Grade of B+ or higher in each course to be tutored.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
