As Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you'll be responsible for our growth, systematically developing our performance marketing with a clear focus on qualified leads, conversion optimization, and sustainable pipeline impact.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in performance and growth marketing in the B2B field, ideally in a software or SaaS company
- Very good practical knowledge in HubSpot (workflows, automations, lead scoring, reporting), Google Analytics, Tag Manager
- Fundamental experience in SEA (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) including autonomous campaign management
- Security in handling KPIs like CPL, conversion rate, and SQL quote
- Experience in marketing complex products
- Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making ability
- Structured, independent, and entrepreneurial working style
- Experience in collaboration with sales teams
- Understanding of modern marketing tools and KI-supported processes
