Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and coordinate all IT operations across Mondi Egypt's two manufacturing sites. The role is responsible for ensuring stable, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure and systems in alignment with Mondi Group standards and regional IT governance.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) – frequent communication with Regional and HQ IT teams
- Proven experience as an IT Manager, IT Supervisor, or Senior IT Specialist in a manufacturing or multinational environment
- Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity standards, and IT governance
- Experience working within corporate IT frameworks (preferably in a matrix reporting structure)
- Hands-on experience with Computer networks and network administration, Server management and virtualization, Data backup and recovery systems, Microsoft environments and enterprise systems, Exposure to SAP environments is a strong advantage
- Ability to manage external vendors and service providers
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
