Job Description
GlobalPay is seeking a Team Leader to oversee the technical development and coordination of key fintech projects. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and project management capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong expertise in development tools and technologies such as Nest JS, React/Angular, Kafka, Docker and CI/CD pipelines
- Expertise in databases like MySQL, MongoDB, and Postgres, as well as cloud-based environments
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of payment gateway solutions and related compliance standards
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and team collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Slack)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage team dynamics effectively
