Job Description
Technical Program Manager to engage with game developer and infrastructure partner teams to support their success deploying on or integrating blockchain technologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience with L1 or L2 blockchain technologies.
- Deep understanding of web3 infrastructure solutions and the web3 gaming industry.
- Strong passion for web3, ideally demonstrated through active use of on-chain applications and ecosystem engagement.
- Experience in developer and partner collaboration.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A growth-oriented, humble, and crypto-native perspective.
- Relevant experience in product management or a technically adjacent role.
- Flexibility, reliability, and comfort in navigating ambiguity.
- Experience in a client-facing, consulting, or technology-related role.
- Experience at a high-growth tech company or software startup is strongly preferred.
- Technical background, with a degree in Computer Science.
