Requirements

• End-to-end ownership of production ML systems from prototype to live services
• Implement, fine-tune, and optimize models, including LLMs for search and recommendation, for performance, latency, and cost
• Design, build, and maintain data and inference pipelines using MLOps principles for CI/CD, monitoring, and automated retraining
• Collaborate with backend and frontend to integrate AI into product experiences
• Design and maintain well-documented, scalable APIs and services to expose AI capabilities
• Proactively improve AI infrastructure, model performance, and incorporate new techniques
• Uphold quality via code reviews, testing, and documentation
