Job Description
Key is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to build our recruitment efforts and manage a team of offshore recruiters. This is a remote position with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the US.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a successful track record of placing candidates in various roles and technologies.
- Leadership skills to lead and manage a team of recruiters.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
