Asset Manager I - Special Servicing

Responsible for the management and disposition of an assigned portfolio, which may contain performing or non-performing loans and REO, in an effort to maximize the goals and objectives for the portfolio. This includes developing and implementing an approved asset management strategy, correspondence and negotiations with borrowers, and completion of various internal and external reports.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent job-related experience
• Computer literacy, including good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Access software programs
• At least five (5) years relevant experience in real estate law and/or financial services
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-volume environment
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills

Benefits

• Base salary in the range of $71,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually
