Job Description
This Lead Financial Analyst position is a strategic corporate finance role that supports KeyCorp's overall financial performance by providing critical financial management, forecasting, and strategic analysis support for the Consumer Bank Line of Business. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with the ability to provide solutions and analysis with limited direction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related finance function
- Strong understanding of bank financial statements with interest in Key's Business Banking products and capabilities
- Organized self-starter with the ability to think and work independently
- Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
