Lead Teller

As a Lead Teller, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving client servicing issues, coaching other tellers, and enhancing client relationships with KeyBank. You will also manage day-to-day teller scheduling, staffing issues, and branch compliance with regulatory, security, and internal audit controls.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years demonstrated superior client relationship skills
• Minimum 3 years' experience in cash handling
• Working knowledge of PC with Windows based applications and calculator
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork
• Demonstrated organizational skills while managing multiple tasks
