Private Client Banker

Be a problem solver, trusted advisor, and partner to the people and businesses in our KeyBank communities. The Private Client Banker (PCB) is part of the Key Private Client Program and will focus on the entire client relationship with a plan-based approach to financial advice.

Requirements

• Embodies a strong client experience culture
• Listens for clues for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations
• Delivers on client solutions through referring of investment and insurance products
• Consistently attains individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations
• Builds a client referral pipeline via identification and development of internal and external centers of influence
• Develops and maintains an in-depth knowledge of private client products and services
• Opening personal and business accounts
• Developing strong partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners
• Ensuring compliance with operational, risk, security and audit procedures and policies
• Support of branch operations
• Participates in and occasionally facilitates in-person morning huddles and end of day debriefs
• Works on Saturdays as directed by management
• Complies with all KeyBank policies and procedures
