Senior Vice President, Team Lead, Asset‑Based Lending Underwriter

Responsible for governing a team of underwriters, performing underwriting functions, and developing a trusted advisor relationship with clients. Oversees the prescreen and underwriting process, assists in skill set development, and ensures efficient knowledge transfer. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in finance, accounting, economics, and/or business
• Minimum 10 years of commercial underwriting/credit banking/financial services experience
• 5+ years of experience as an Asset-Based lending underwriter or equivalent role
• Competent with Microsoft Office and ability to learn other technology applications
• Broad experience with financial analysis/modeling scenarios, including secured and unsecured corporate cash flow lending

Benefits

• Base salary in the range of $128,000.00 - $268,000.00 annually
• Eligibility for incentive compensation, including production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives
