Keyfactor is seeking a Marketing Operations & Research Manager to lead operational marketing and market research initiatives. The role will be responsible for the end-to-end management of outreach campaigns, producing analytical reports, and handling day-to-day operational tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Sociology, Business Administration, Market Research, and similar areas.
- Strong experience in marketing operations, data management, or process optimization.
- Expert analytical and technical skills, excellent communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software.
- High analytical skills and strong command of reporting tools (advanced Excel, Google Data Studio, Power BI, or similar).
- Ability to lead small projects, innovate within the role, and provide training to peers.
