Requirements

• Implement Axon, the complete solution for composite insurance companies, in agile projects
• Translate business requirements into system requirements and then into solutions within our standard software
• Proactive advice and regular support for customers in process optimization using our standard software
• Modeling and modeling of organizational processes into functionalities in Axon
• Professional experience in implementing standard software solutions, preferably in the insurance industry
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills and ability to solve complex problems
• Well-developed written and spoken communication skills, customer-oriented, and fluent in business English
• Willingness to continuously learn and immerse oneself in our software
